Actually, I live here. The new owners are "super". I have noticed some change, but basically it's a nice, quiet, clean, REASONABLY priced park. No tweakers. Thank God.

It's cool place except the manager of the park is rude when I asked about renting from them she was saying how she has been trying to get people evicted %thats not good customer service!at all Strait unprofessional to say the least !!!!!!

You can leave a note with your name and phone number asking for a return call inquiring about available trailers...at the office located in the park if no one is inside the office at the time
At this park (rapid river) the crime rate is fairly low . but riverland park the next park north and lazy landing the next park to the south of me have s lot of drugs and crime . so take that into consideration before buying in this area .
If you have your own mobile it will cost you $420 a month for the rent and then you got utilities water and garbage but you have to pay your utilities Craigslist there are no rentals available at this point Scott Williams rentals become available they are approximately six hundred bucks plus you charge I hope that helps you out.
