Anyone can point out what's wrong anywhere anytime. The real challenge is to find something that's positive and because I gave you five stars this is five reasons why barbara, bonnie, andrew, michael, Elizabeth. They're very detailed all of them you work hard and they leave no stone unturned so will you leave there you know you got to work out or you were taking care of it upon their position. Tell him congratulations when you see them. They all deserve it.

The therapists that I dealt with during my stay were all awesome. The nurses were also very thoughtful and caring. The place is well understaffed.Some of the Techs are very overworked and

So far they say they’re understaffed but have simply been very slow to respond to patients needs. The bathroom was dirty, room smelled like urine, he had been calling for help for over 30min without response, that’s unacceptable. Overall, they don’t seem to care very much about their patients, they were rude on the phone with basic questions & requests. Someone recovering from a coma needs literal constant care, they have not provided the care they are being paid to provide. I hope they can change things & put in the care & services needed.

This was my first time having to use a rehab and I was very reluctant to go. I spent three weeks in the hospital and needed therapy to get stronger to go home. The staff, from the doctor's, nurses and all the therapist were great. They are friendly, attentive and actually care how you are doing. If it wasn't for them I would not be where I am now, which is home. Therapy will work you to your limit but it gets you to where you need to be. Carrie, Kim and Antonio where the the therapist I worked with and they were awesome. Thank you to all the staff for being so nice and kind to me while I was there.
