I highly recommend Dulando Screen & Awning, Inc. They did a great job replacing the roof in my lanai. It was a pleasure working with, Ted Linze who kept me informed throughout the manufacturing order process and project installation date. Alex and Brandon did a professional job installing the roof. I did notice the dripline on the peak of the lanai was not aligned correctly. I called company and a couple of days later, Bridget, the rep, sent Alex to address the issue quickly. He replaced one side of the dripline and I am very satisfied with the job well done, reliability, and professionalism of the company's staff. I highly recommend this company for a roof replacement of their lanai and price could not be beat as I had several estimates.

Working with Dulando was great. They were consistently friendly and professional, quoted me very reasonably, and I’m very happy with the final product. They were never condescending or dismissive of my questions or concerns and I would work with them again! My only word of warning is that like the saying goes, “if it’s construction, however long they say the job will take…double it.” That saying was certainly true — a three-month quote ended up being an 8-month job. That being said, I would rather a job take a long time and be done right than have a job be rushed and end up being poor work. If you have the time to be patient, I definitely recommend Dulando.
