All day calling, only answering machine answers and let me waiting for hours. When finally late afternoon someone answer, she asked me for all my information: health insurance and what was going on. The lady told me that I'll receive a phone call to give me instructions and schedule a visit asap becuase I explain I can't not even drive. Still waiting for that call. 😔 I shouldn't trust her. It seems they have too many patients, so they don't care.

If I can give them a -5 stars I would. Call twice to check how much is the eye exam and when I get there they want it to charge me more. They made me waist my time, don't waist your in here.

It is not a low cost clinic but they do take Medicare Part B just give them a call and they can tell you what your insurance covers. If you feel that you were wrongfully charged try reaching out to their billing department.
