I had a hard time with this office. Issue 1 - They couldn't find my referral and told me I wasn't allowed to book the appointment with out it. Issue 2 - I showed up for the appointment earlier and got checked in. About 15 mins after my appointment time, I went to the desk to ask how much longer the wait would be. I was told it would be another 45mins before the doctor would be in the office. Had I not asked I would have still been waiting. I understand things happen but I sat there for 45 mins and no one thought to tell me the doctor wasn't there. They could have told me when I checked in or even called me before I got there. Hope no one else has this issue.

This office is a joke, I have been trying for a month now to get my records faxed over to another office because I’m trying to transfer and nothing. Just keep getting told that they haven’t received my release of information form even though it has been faxed several times and their excuse is that they have a new fax system. I try to call several times and my calls don’t get picked up. I am 18 weeks and have only been able to have one appointment so far which was at 9 weeks. Seems like they don’t think my prenatal care is important. Getting very tired of this situation.

I'm giving 2 stars because I delivered my daughter here in 2018 and I loved it. I loved it so much that I wanted to come back for my second pregnancy, despite it being quite a drive now. I initially called in at about 7 weeks pregnant and they did not have an appointment available until I was 14 weeks. After that appointment, they scheduled me for a telehealth and in person appointment without even consulting me on days/times, and then told me they were updating the system and if those didn't work to call back next week and I could reschedule. HA! For the in person, there were no other appointments available for weeks. The telehealth THEY called ME to reschedule the day of, because they had overbooked, and then rescheduled me for a completely different day/time than what we agreed on. At my first appointment, they gave me an ultrasound order and told me to schedule it within the next week so they could have the results quickly. What a joke. 2 hours of calling multiple locations of ADVENTHEALTH imaging centers, waiting on hold, before finally finding one with an appointment available the next week. Dealing with the Adventhealth Apopka imaging location has been an entire other nightmare. I'm switching providers.

I have been coming here since 2015 for all 4 of my pregnancies. The staff, midwives, and doctors have always been very kind and helpful throughout my pregnancy journeys. However, right before Covid and post Covid the care has been awful. I had a miscarriage on January 6, 2019 and I never received a phone call to follow-up, nor to come in. When o was miscarrying I contacted the office and they just told me to go to the emergency room. That’s it’s. Last time I heard from them. Fast forward to pregnancy with my daughter in 2019-2020. I delivered and Andrea was incredible and I am actually happy she helped me through the process, but before that, getting an appointment was a nightmare. I was high risk diagnosed with GD, HB pressure, Anemia, Severe Reflux. When diagnosed I was told to see a specialist, but I never got any scripts called in. The specialist was concerned because I was never followed-up with any information. They were supposed to send me the thing to check my blood and give me instructions on what to do now that I have GD and nothing. I was diagnosed and didn’t get anything or instructions until almost 3 weeks to a month later. Now I am currently pregnant and this is why I am beyond disappointed. I called around December scheduled an appointment for January and they called me to reschedule my appointment. I called back in February and the girl told me I needed a referral WHICH IS NOT TRUE I HAVE NEVER NEEDED ONE. Then I called back and they told me the schedule wasn’t up to call back the following week. I called back (mid-February) and I am now scheduled for May for my first appointment. I have called several times to move my appointment earlier because i was previously high risk, and I have been ill. I just left the hospital because I have been bleeding and the emergency room told me that they can see I’m pregnant, but they can’t confirm if the fetus is viable/alive. I’m cramping, still bleeding called the office to get in as per the doctor in the hospital and guess what…they can’t see me because they have nowhere to fit me in. Like what? This is awful! Like I don’t understand why I can’t even be checked or seen even after a hospital visit. I’m bleeding every week and they clearly don’t care. So awful! UPDATE**** I miscarried on Friday evening. I began bleeding on Thursday, called my OBGYN on Friday, they couldn’t see me. Later that night I found myself in a hospital. I collapsed in my bathroom and was having convulsions due to the insane amount of blood I lost. I hit my head in the top. They had a team of about 5-6 professionals hooking me up to machines, ready to start a blood transfusion due to HOW LOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS I was also very tackycardic. The fetus was stuck in the canal and needed to be removed. I know all of this could have been avoided if I would have gotten the proper care and IF THESE DOCTORS COULD HAVE TAKEN MY CALLS SERIOUSLY!
