WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! I arrive at 6:07. The door is locked. They close at 7. One employee is leaving saying that the other lady is in the bathroom. No sign on the door or anything. Well maybe don’t leave WHILE she is in the bathroom. It has taken me 3 times to get my glasses correct. As well as my son’s. They tried blaming my prescription and made me go back to my ophthalmologist to get a recheck. He was NOT happy and was very clear it was a problem with the making of the glasses. It took twice for my daughter’s to be correct. Now my daughter’s are hugely scratched, and it’s probably just the horrible coating job, less than 3 weeks after picking them up. And mine won’t stay on my face, so I come to get them adjusted and her lenses replaced. NO ONE IS HERE THAT CAN DO ANYTHING!!!! Why be open until 7 if all the people that can actually help us leave before they close??! How is being able to pick up glasses BUT NOT ADJUST THEM helpful to ANYONE!??? I am so over this place. Worst customer experience I have EVER HAD at a glasses place and even at a visionwork as we’ve been getting glasses with vision works for over 15 years. Ever since Covid it has been HORRIBLE. My husband is due for his glasses and won’t even consider coming here. He would rather drive farther away than deal with what I have dealt with. And he uses their in house optometrist so the optometrist here is losing business because of the horrible experience my kids and I have had with getting glasses.
