Delicious Thai tea with Boba and popcorn Bánh Mì sandiwich! Has more of a hangout vibe than studying because the music is played very loud. Even with my Bose noise cancelling headphones in full silent mode I could still hear the music. It was like walking into a sports bar but the boba and food made all the difference!

First time me and my mom stopped in and will be a definite every Saturday kind of thing. Me and my mom loved it. We only had the tea and loved every second of it. Look forward to trying the food
