Both me and my brother got gold plated grillz . His did not fit (had to get remolded) and mine were dull and lack luster despite not smoking, eating or drinking in them. I voiced my concerns politely but the guy stood back from the counter and wouldn't even touch or look at them. Seems like the finishing process was rushed
