I’m not feeling well so I send my son whom also has an account under my name, to make a small deposit for me to cover some bills I have about to come out. They refused to assist him telling him he can’t have my card or my id, and they refuse to speak with me via phone or answer the bank phone. Common sense would tell them he has an account under me so it shows he is my son and he wouldn’t be a theft threat making a deposit. I personally feel like they are profiling him as he is a young black man. They wouldn’t even assist him in filling out my account number on the deposit slip as they do for me every single time I make a deposit. I gave him my card and ID for this reason. I can appreciate good security measures but I cannot when it’s just obvious refusal to assist or verify. This location used to have wonderful workers, lately service has been so impersonal and difficult to do business with. I’m very disappointed. This is not the definition of convenience TD bank.

Horrible service u can ever ask , spanish girl with curly hair she was rude , I ask her for to make my diposit, instead of helping me they were cit chatting with each other , and she told other taller to not worry about me take the Customer , very bad service I’m definitely gonna close my business with them,

Slowest service ever. Wasted 30 mins in drive thru for a deposit. Got fed up and walked away. Banks suppose to make your life easier not harder.

I’m a dancer so I walked in with a bag of singles like a normally do & all the workers just staring rudely & whispering making me feel very uncomfortable at my own bank. The Spanish girl with the ginger curly hair was complaining the WHOLE time while counting my money & looking angry making me feel as if my money Isn’t good enough! When I visit the Apollo beach location I never have this issue, I’m never coming back to this location I shouldn’t feel excruciating at my own bank.
