I just called looking for a new pediatrician and the lady that answered immediately said we are not taking any new patients with Medicaid. I told her I had private insurance and she said they were taking new patients. She then asked me to hold on twice, she then came back and said what’s the patients name? I thought she had transferred me and said she’s not a patient there and she again asked what’s the patient’s name? This time she asked very rude. I said she’s not a patient there and asked her why she was being rude. She hung up. This doctor is probably a good doctor too bad the staff doesn't have good customer service skills or they don’t care to get new patients for the doctor.
