Got two pairs of glasses from here one is safety glasses for work and one pair is ready but the pair I need for work isn’t ready. All I get is delayed no idea when they will be ready and the whole point of me coming here is for the safety glasses

I normally use Visionworks in Canton, Ga & they are great! My glasses broke & Visionworks in Canton did not have the frame. I called Visionworks in Gainesville & they had the frame. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to Gainesville after being told they could change my lenses out to the new frame that day. I specifically asked are you sure because I don’t want to make 2 trips. She said yes. Needless to say they couldn’t change out the lenses & had to make another trip. The girls started talking to each other in another language which was very disrespectful! When I went to pick them up the next day, the first girl told me she could adjust them. I said I think their okay. After wearing them a minute I asked if they could adjust the nose piece. The other lady that was at the counter and was not nice at all, said they could not. Visionworks you have great customer service in Canton but your Gainesville office needs help! They are not friendly & lack any customer service skills!!!
