Let me start with the " family feast ". On the menu it says 1 whole chicken 1Lb of meat 3 family sides and 6 toast. It's ridiculous that you can get ribs as the 1LB. I'm not paying $44 for a chicken and 1 Lb of more chicken or turkey. Then when I decided I would change my order and try to get a kids rib meal. They don't have kids rib meals. This is a BBQ restaurant! What do you mean no kids rib?! But You serve hamburgers or chicken tenders 🙄 . While you at it, why not Pizza or spaghetti? Do I have to remind someone this is a BBQ restaurant? This place can kick rocks I've eaten better BBQ elsewhere.

Don't use their only 3rd party order pickup on their direct Bono's website. The company will process your payment, then say it was declined. The restaurant won't receive the order, yet the 3rd party vendor still took the money out telling Bono's that it was rejected. Neither the company nor Bono's were willing to admit the mess up. They both simply said "sorry, not sure what happen". Leaving our family out money without receiving the food.

I went thru drive thru excellent service and food was placed in the container neat and it was hot and fresh.The staff was professional and polite and Me and the wife will definitely be back.Thank you Bono’s.
