Steak was a little over cooked, but overall good dinner.

We recently returned for dinner after a lengthy hiatus. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our experience. We ordered the Filet Mignon, collard greens, baked potato and mix green salad. The steak was so tough you could barely cut it with a steak knife and then had to chew it at great length just to be able to swallow it. The collard greens were too vinegary and overcooked. The salad was tasty and the dinner rolls were good. The appetizer which was a crab, spinach dip smelled like something that was spoiled. Perhaps the crab was old. The moscato wine was flat and not much flavor. The only saving grace was the service. Our server was attentive. We did bring to the attention of our server our displeasure with our steak. The manager did ask what the problem was but said nothing had changed with where they ordered the meat from so she was not sure what the problem was. Ours was not the only filet at the table and the other was as tough as ours. We had a table of seven and I know there will two that won’t be returning. A beautiful place to dine but the food was a huge disappointment. I do hope Hilltop can step up their game. Perhaps it was just an off night and unfortunately for us we were at the receiving end.

We try to make sure people are spaced apart. We also do not have an over abundance of reservations accepted on any one night.
We consider a Country Club casual attire. You are not required to wear a suit jacket and tie. Semi dressy. Hope this helps!

Yes they do. There is a room upstairs that is a private party room. That is rhe only spot that access would be difficult.
