The manager Joel is a weasel. He can't stand up to the customer and handle PROBLEMS, but rather call the police on them. I then, know that this manager can't do his JOB. Lowes needs structure in and for the EMPLOYEES that their isn't any. I have been purchasing items from Lowes for years. MAYBE I should be going se where and tell others seeing that I got no response from the CORPORATE office.

If it is tempered glass then you would have to order a new price of glass with the cut out in it if it is laminated glass it can be done but you would need to have a glass shop cut out the hole for you and if it's plate glass it would be same as laminated in that you should have a glass shop cut it for you. Lowe's will not be able to provide this kind of glasses cutting service I'm afraid
You may want to go online on Google to find out the corporate number.
Take you info or myl Lowe's card etc in with the faucet and you should have little issue returning it
