My boyfriend and I went in last night to try to get a window unit for our place. We were looking around at the different units at the front. There was a meeting among the team members and a guy named Kris stepped out of the meeting to come ask us if we needed any help with anything. We explained to him that we needed a unit and I seen one online that was a special buy. I did not know that special buy items are for online only. So we grabbed another unit that we thought would work for the moment and we are about to go up the register to pay and Kris comes up and says put that one back, I have a better option and offer for you that I think would work great for you guys. He showed us and we ended up in shock with the unit he had for us and the savings he helped us out with on it. He was very polite and nice. He took his time to listen to us and made sure that we were taken care of.
