I think this is a horrible joke I don't know how they got to put this up like that but it is really wrong. This is a place down by Sacramento river by a doctors office over by Park Marina

My parents are homeless with no where to go and need help! Can this organization get them the help that they need?

Louise, there are many organizations in Shasta county that can help your parents to get off of the street. Try the Salvation Army. They can give them temporary shelter for 30 day's and also educate them on all other organizations that will be able to help them. No elderly person should be homeless on the street.
