Run down mobile park. Not very clean. The laundry room was all wet and dirty. But the dryers did a very good job!

It's a low rate Mobile home Park not the best quality of living by my standards but then again not all standards are the same.

They need to put numbers on their places that glow at night or reflective so people can find the place they are looking for

I love Reddingwood mobile home and RV park!!! The management here has always been 100% awesome in there service to the community here. They took over the park a few years ago and have done an awesome job at cleaning it over the years and making it a happy welcoming place for families. I've lived here in the park for 3 years and have never had any issues with the company running it or the on-site managers. Our onsite manager is constantly out in the park working on improvements and helping the older residents. We have a very happy little community here and most of the residents are like family and help each other out whenever they can! My growing family is very happy we're here in this community!!!!
