We stayed there Tuesday night and the place 9s great. The owners are super nice. We got to play in the pool which was nice and cool. The pool closes at 9pm. The owner came out to lock up and he had changed from a blue shirt to a green one and I didn't recognize him. He didn't kick us out he let our kids swim a little longer with their grandparents. Your rigs need to be self contained. Not a big deal with the trailer we have now. There is full sewage and water hook-ups. The campground is quiet and the owners make sure that you keep it clean. It was great. There in the middle of Redding they have made a beautiful place that you feel safe in. They're actually working on expanding it and having pull thru spots open in the future.

Stopped here for couple of days while heading up to Oregon. A tad nervous when first pulled up due to what we saw (old, tired motel and RV sales lot) but pulled into the back and saw an oasis! Nicely landscaped RV park with sites easy to get into, grass on both sides, flowers all over. The manager was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's obvious they take great pride in keeping their park looking good. No question we would stay there again if in the area.

We got in late due to car issues, which we had communicated to the staff. They were waiting for us with flash lights and helped us park and get connected. The park was very nice and clean. The spots are generous and easy to pull in. Thank you for great service and hospitality.
