Despite my flight being delayed 10 hours and arriving past the posted closing time, an agent was there to ensure that I received my reserved car. The after-hours drop-off process was exceptionally easy. The rental car was nicer than I had expected. Overall, I was very satisfied. Having an agent stay after hours was so greatly appreciated!!

We rented a luxury vehicle to fit 5 people for a wedding. We got a Lexus that was filthy on both the inside and out. Never vacuumed window and doors a mess and food wrappers in the back seat. . There was damage to the rear of the car that was causing the brakes to lock up when a in reverse. This was dangerous. I called Budget and the closes place to swap out the car was Manchester NH, almost 90 miles out of our way. We arrived at Manchester and waited. When finally reaching the counter we were given the option of a Toyota Avalon. This certainly wound not handle 5 people but that was it. This car was also dirty and smelly. I was told it had just come in from auction. I had no choice I took the car ./ I made it about 30 miles when the front end started shaking it look as if this car had also been in an accident . I returned that car back to the airport. The 3rd car was a Lincoln MKC that was loads with sand in the wheel wells, the engine compartment and the hatch back area. It also had a large scrap on the driver’s side windshield I had to stare thought for the next 7 days. I am guessing an auction flood car. I drove another 150 mile to the hotel after missing the family reunion dinner to discover that in transferring out things from car to car I had left my iPad in the second car .I called and called to try and get someone to simply hold on to it thinking I could pick it up on the return . What a joke. . I was forced to round trip back to the airport the next morning to get it another 200 molies and another missed family event Your cars are dangerous and you customer service is horrible. I rent cars for work 20 times a year I have never seen anything like this.

Yes, in the airport is the office, by baggage claim, & the drop odd is in the parking garage right across the drive up area. Very convenient
