Enterprise has always been great to rent vehicles from. There staff at Saratoga and also at the Albany airport location are always knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I appreciate doing business with them everytime.

Booked online for pick-up at 6:00, got email confirmation with pick-up time. On the way to pick-up called to verify and was told "uhhh, we close at 5:00". Conner, the person we spoke with, was unwilling to wait for us and said "my computer says 5:00 pick-up". We told him we can send him screen shot of confirmation and that we were coming by train and couldn't "drive faster." to get to the location. Told us he would "transfer our reservation" to another location. Got to that location, via early train stop and $100 Uber and surprise . . . no reservation. Basically screwed our entire plans. Called corporate and the other location and both said "yeah I see your pick-up for 6:00". Not sure what happened with their systems communicating but needless to say not a great experience.

We had one of the best experiences with Enterprise. Cannot recommend more. The customer service is unmatched. Ben not only greeted us with a smile but also helped us have an amazing experience with the car we received. Then when returning the car Ben was quick to act when my daughter left her wallet in the rental after returning it. Great experience all in all!
