So I figured I would update this review. I have been part of enterprise for about 7 years. All I can say is I do not feel that they value my time nor my money. I am an educated consumer. Guys choose the company that values your dollar. I am the type of person that believes if isn't broken don't fix it. My relationship with enterprise is broken so of course as an educated consumer I am doing what is best for me and choosing a different enterprise. No. Not as in a different location. As in a different company all together. Guys as consumer theses companies need our purchases. Chooses wisely during these times the competitors that lasted Covid understand than now more than ever. Just take a look around and compare prices and services with the competitors. You will be surprised. They just lost a customer that would have always opted enterprise for years to come. Do not allow any buisness to give you homework, make you wait hours on a reservation, force you to rent a vehicle for at least 5 days when you already have a personal vehicle and only need 2 days as a marketing approach. Guys we have the ultimate choice. Consumers wake up! Do the right thing for the sake of you.

A completely great experience from pick up to drop off. Akeem was friendly, helpful, and rapidly got me into my rental. The other staff members were also friendly and made me feel like we have all been friends for years! Thanks!

A driver's license, deposit amount that will cover amount of the rental plus an extra $200 and a utility bill that is current in your name.
They have Nissans, Hyundai's, Hondas, as well as SUVS and trucks. Sometimes the selection is limited but if they don't have what you came for, they will give you something else for the same price, if the vehicle you had in mind is cheaper. Their definitely willing to work with you.
These guys should be able to help you out, they usually have cars available for last minute walk ins, but I would call them as soon as you can.
If using debit card, proof of utilities. They let me use my bank statement on my phone
