This didn't feel like a thrift store to me. It definitely has more of a high end boutique feel. The prices seemed high to call this a thrift store. Friendly staff and nice selection of antiques but not what I was expecting.

Longtime customer here. Interesting, nice assortment of things that change regularly. Occasional very rare items. Pretty clean. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful (like today). NB: they do *not* have a bathroom for customer use.

Hello, Our entrance is accessible but the store has a large quantity of furniture for sale. It would be difficult to maneuver a scooter around the sales floor. There is no elevator to the second floor loft space.
We have a volunteer with a pickup truck that will pick up donated furniture from the Herndon/Reston area.
