3 stars for the course. It's a bit short, but definitely has some challenging holes. Points deducted for the following: 1. This is the best close in golf course around the beltway and it is always booked esp Friday - Monday. As such, there are some very rudimentary golfers, which is fine and to be expected, but there is no attempt to have a Marshall on the course to keep the pace moving. I've played there with an arrogant group ahead with 2-3 holes open ahead of them an d there's no one getting them to move along. 2. As such a popular and profitable course, there is absolutely NO reason they should have the worst golf carts in the known world. Their carts barely move and coughing all the time. Even Algonkian has peppier carts. These are the absolute worst performing set of carts I have EVER seen.

Fairway and greens are decent. Rough is always in terrible shape. And last time I was there my car got broken into in their parking lot. I’m sitting there cleaning up the glass, the owner comes out to talk to the cops, looks at me, and then turns around and leaves. Leave anything valuable at home if you’re parking there.
