It is very sad, but their attitudes are very bad against us indigenous people, their racist comments and their laughs mocking

The worst trying to get a hold of them. I have been calling and leaving voice-mails for my grandma and no one has called back. Every time I try to call to schedule an appt it rings once or twice and they pick up and hang up the call very, very, very unprofessional. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone ever.

Probably worst health care providers in Herndon VA. They have no respect for time of people and are running a pathetic business. Health care providers are supposed to be saviors not some business running organization.
nice vice
This is the worst clinic in the herndon area, the attention is terrible, if you arrive 2 minutes late, and they will not attend you, but if you have the obligation to wait for more than an hour for an attention, the people in the front are rude, and they treat you as if you were asking them for a favor, if they make a mistake and don't call you, nobody will take care of the mistake, and they will tell you that you didn't listen, the doctors are poor, unsympathetic, and not at all clear, If you want to be treated like garbage, then come here. How much you have to be qualified to qualified to health works for northern Virginia
It depends on what one wins. We have discounted rates and you are never denied medical service for not being able to pay.
Hello Mona, that usually depends on your insurance status, age, if you have ever been seen there and level of income. I say income because as this is a Federally Qualified Health Center they offer something called sliding scale fees, which is basically a fancy way that says if you really need the financial assistance they are fully prepared to work with you. I could be wrong, but from experience a TB test (or what the bill will officially label it as a PPD) will only cost around 10-15, but it has been a few years. I strongly suggest giving them call or reaching out on their website to inquire. Sorry for the long winded answer, but the US healthcare billing can be quite tricky
Many times they do not answer me, I also do not understand why but I leave them a voice message and they return the call when they can or I call them between about 10 minutes later
I would definitely them or go to their website and download forms and check it. I'm on the sliding discount program and I'm on the lowest bracket for income so everything is real cheap, but the staff is incredible, very nice, reliable with answering emails from the patient portal app. I could NOT BE HAPPIER!! This clinic has completely changed my life and helped me to get healthy and balanced! I hope you are able to get in. You will LOVE IT HERE!!❤
