This is no joke I thought that Hayes was a dependable company for medical transport but now that I've been left hanging with no ride four times now I would believe that they are discriminating who they transport if you do medical transport …Daniel, we are very sorry that this has been a reoccurring issue for you. As we discussed, we were forced to reassign each of your trips due to the fact that we were unable to get you to your appointment in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we are unable to get the information regarding the company it was reassigned to due to confidentiality concerns with MAS. We have the information of who we spoke with at MAS each time this has occurred. We will gladly give that to you if need be. In the future, do NOT hesitate to call the company you are being told is taking you. This may help with your future rides. I always preach..."Communication is key".
