Having a positive experience this far. Grateful and thankful.

The actual PT team is great! The front office administrative process is not. Many people are still working during the pandemic even if it is remote. As such, we try to schedule medical visits before and after work hours. I repeatedly attempted to do this and was told dates weren't available. When I did get times scheduled, the PT team was telling me that I needed to be more consistent in my visits to have progress. I told them it was a scheduling issue. When I did get on a regular scheduling rotation, I was removed from the schedule "due to scheduling conflicts" and had to go a week without therapy. It wasn't me having the conflict! Then there is the $50 fee if you cancel more than once on the day of your appointment, but your appointment can be cancelled due to scheduling issues on their end. After I could not get a time at Gainesville, I called the Bristow location and was told they were under the same basic scheduling limitations as the Gainesville location. This was bizarre to me as Michelle at Gainesville wanted to transfer me to them in our call minutes before because she could not accommodate any times before 9 am or 5pm or after. Again, the therapy team is great, but the front end administration team needs help! As a person who works with employee benefits daily, I am keenly aware of the challenges that administration of them can bring. With that being said, If a customer tells you that they have time limitations, works to set times, and then gets removed from the schedule by you and then cannot get back on the schedule, the service isn't working! Sadly, I will look for another PT office and will be letting my primary physician Lifetime Family Medicine in Haymarket, who recommended Haymarket PT of my experience.

Awesome people and a great environment. I highly recommend them for physical therapy. They go above and beyond what you would expect. They truly care about the well being of their patients.

Great place with a friendly and knowledgable staff that takes the time to work with you and try to resolve the issue that brought you to see them in the first place. Love this place (though I really hope to not visit again soon after my current round of therapy is done 😉).

Hi Pat- laser does work great for peripheral nephropathy. We also recommend anodyne unit to use in home that will improve circulation in feet & legs. Let us know if you need any thing else!
I believe it's owned by Dr. Robbie Woelkers and Kevin Rabago, PTA
