Every single staff member is caring, professional, friendly and genuine at Heritage Village. Tammy, the resident coordinator, is amazing and is always available to answer any questions with a big smile and a caring heart. Have a chat with Karen at the front desk and you will for sure have a smile after a visit. Heritage Village is an amazing caring beautiful assisted living community.

I can only comment on the memory care personnel. My comment is they are all OUTSTANDING. Kind, compasionet, patient and professional. The management listens to patient and their relatives and takes appropriate actions if necessary. Wonderful faciliy.

Entered my mom into Heritage Village February 4, 2022. It was an extremely hard decision but a necessary one. After a 2 hour sales pitch my sister and I were sold. I have waited a while before I posted this because I wanted to see how much attention was given to my Mom. So here it is......I am going to be the unofficial spokes person for positivity regarding HV. Before admitting mom to HV she experienced 7 months of going down hill mentally and physically. Since entering HV she has been like a different person.she is doing so well. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff. First and foremost, Tammy, Gwen, Isabel, Lauren, Wendy, nurse Karen and Kim. Karen at the front desk. Mom and I are treated like royalty. She is fed 3 meals a day, has met friends who join her for meals. Is given regular showers. And more. I feel my sister and I have truly made the right decision. I am a real person. This is not a fake review, nor have I been paid to write this.
