Worst internet company ever, internet always down and when running extremely slow, took it for about 2 years until they came up with this delinquent charge of $300, and when o asked them what that was about they told me I would receive a letter with all the information which I never received, so now I have to look for another internet provider but I'm seeing no good reviews about no other company so we'll see

Their customer service is terrible! Customers lined up waiting, rude employees. My first time looking for help with an issue from spectrum with their equipment. Not a good impression.

Spectrum will raise your bill by 200 in a month without giving you a notice (not required but still) and they won't explain why. We need more companies in certain areas where Spectrum Covers...

I went there thinking it was an office where I could fix an issue with my mobile phone account. It was not an office. The employee was kind enough to try and help but he was not able. However another employee named Sam was able to help me by providing the information I needed to get help at Spectrum mobile customer service. A big shout out to Sam with many thanks for going above and beyond. She really made a difference. I recommend the store because the workers there are very nice.
