System has been on and off for the pass two months. Everyday we have problems. It went out for three days 2 weeks ago and I had to take my child to the racetrac for her to be able to get her homework done. And today System went down since 9am and I have been trying to get them but their phone is not even qorking.

No one to call in the weekend when there's an issue. I have kids doing online classes and we go the entire weekend without service... something needs to be done asap...

Depends where you live and they wont put pricing online. I asked them for a written quote and they told me they wouldnt do it. In meadow glen they sent a flyer out for $49.99 /mo for internet. That was for a plan with a data cap. No idea on cable. I went with CenturyLink because there were far fewer strings attached.
