The service was terrible, Food took forever to come out with a little to no line, waited in line for about 45 mins and food came out cold and was obviously sitting out for a while.

It depends on which McDonald's you go to. Some have lemonade at the soda machine and some have it in the McCafe. If you can find one that makes their lemonade in McCafe, it tastes AMAZING! They also have strawberry lemonade thats delicious!
