On hold for over 2 hours then they cut me off with Technical problems. I’ve talked to people for the last three weeks trying to get my account straightened out from their error … And they can’t understand. All I want is an office I can go into and talk to show all the emails on what they’ve done wrong.. they are worthless..

This isn't a question but we just had a major hurricane rip through Naples. The good people at FPL and all over the country are helping us. We're all uncomfortable and stressed but be patient these people are working hard for our community.
