Stated our contact info was incomplete and labeled my contractor renewal form invalid and sat on it for 3 1/2 months, during which we couldn't pull permits or anything. Phones go directly to voicemail and emails weren't responded to. Finally on 9/21/2021, after no new submittals the same form is suddenly valid, our info is updated and I'm told to pay $45.......Thanks.

Only building department I’ve ever experienced such an unprofessional relationship between the people who make their job necessary and the staff who claims to return calls in 8 business hours! I’ve emailed and called for over a month with ZERO response! Please read this, then submit your own review after you experience the same thing as I’m extremely confident it will happen as this Isn’t an isolated incident
