The WORST utility company on Earth! (Bar None)!!! For consistently on-time paying customers if you are late one-month they turn-your-water-off and charge you a $55 fee. Customer Service is a JOKE. They think that telling me the situation is Helping me - NOT! Giving a long time paying customer a break and turning the water on is Helping Me. I want to see who controls their decision making process and how to change their Military style rules.
