Is this park suitable for running?

It's NOT designed for running. But u CAN have a GREAT run and the room to switch your running routine for something different. People workout there all the time. Not too busy either. U will find that you will have the place pretty much to yourself. Might see a dog walker or two. Enjoy!

Yes but the are often locked until summer its the big red looking house (looks like a house)
