As I exited my vehicle, Mr. Rashard Holman greeted me, asked me what I was looking for and went straight to work. Can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge about the truck I sought. He constantly worked with ne until I found the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no hidden fees, excellent service all around. The same from the management and financing team as well. Highly recommend Koons Ford of Baltimore, as two others in the area could not provide what I needed and wanted in a vehicle.

This rating applies to the service department. Please, please do not take your car here for service. They have no problem with keeping your car for days, doing little to no work in that period, and they will give you very little information as to what is going on with the work itself. To reiterate, do not go here for service. You would do better just about anywhere else. I know that I have certainly learned my lesson.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. As a company, we have also suspended all non-essential business travel. We are also instructing our employees to follow the health, hygiene and risk assessment protocols set forth by the CDC.
