Hello I don't know if this might help but called them up and u might get some rates we rented the hall for $1000 for an event last year.
I was at a party there once there was over 250 people there.
Im not sure about full capacity allowed but we had close to 500 people.
It has two sides to it if you rent both sides it holds 400 people each side can hold a capacity of 200 people and you can rent half or you can rent the entire Hall this I know for a fact because I know the owner personally and I have done work for him as a plumbing contractor and building maintenance contractor

You must inquire within...typically between 5 and 8 hundred for the smaller room depending on the day of the week, length of time etc.
I'm not sure if the actual limit if time, but I did help set up for an event I was invited to and we had about 2 hours of time. You should still call the venue though, hope that helps a little
Renting both halls depends on availability. If available I believe the time is 2 to 3 hours.
