Store manager is not pleasant. It was a pair if scuffed white heels..I asked her could they be discussed. She reached for the box, Says they are already marked down enough. I asked was she the manager. I than asked for corporate number.She gave me 2 wrong numbers than the store number. Well I found corporate number on my own. Called they said they will be following up. Hope so. People are so quick to be mean or ignorant to people. Change your job. You chose to deal with the public.

This is the best shoe store I've ever seen. All sizes and styles always available, great knowledgeable employees...excellent prices..good sales.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
