Fast, friendly, easy, and secure! I dropped off a computer and got to witness the destruction of my hard drives. A big relief knowing my data is securely destroyed. They were extremely friendly and had no problems with me wanting to watch the data destruction. It was super fast and as a bonus the smelting plants they ship the parts too are domestic (one small exception of a few parts to Japan)! Highly recommend this place
