I have been using Memorial parking for several years. It has never been a great place to park and the service has always been mediocre. But the prices have made it worthwhile. When you get off your return plane. you have to travel completely across the airport to a location where a van will pick you up. More often than not you will be waiting quite a while for them to pick you up. I have always chosen the valet option and paid extra. Up till a few visits ago, my car would always be waiting for me and pulled up to the front ready for us when we get off the van. But the last several times I’ve been there. I have had to ride in the van while they dropped off everybody who self parked in lots. So then I am the last one to be dropped at the main gate of the lot. This seems ridiculous to me as I have paid extra for valet yet I am having to ride in the van while they drop off other passengers who paid less than I did. Last night, when we arrived finally at our main parking area. Our car was not pulled up. And we had to have our driver find the keys. In all fairness to our driver, he was very courteous. And offered to go get our car. I told him there was no need. That I would get it. But that I did want to know how to reach out to the manager. He told me I needed to email him. So when I arrived home I did just that. I explained my frustration with the fact that their tickets do not correlate with the signage of the airport and with the recent and current updates. I also shared my frustration with the fact that I am paying extra for valet yet I am the last person dropped off and having to wait for other people to get off the van and have their luggage unloaded, He told me that’s the way it is, and that is the most efficient way for them. I let him know we will no longer be using their company. I would rather pay more money and have better service. You should do the same. I am now using the economy parking at the airport, it actually cheaper and far more convenient to use.

NO 24 HOUR HR SHUTTLE! we had serious delays and arrived back at the airport at 1 AM. Texted per instructions and called office. NO communication they close between 1 -4 AM. Finally figured it out by viewing hours online. 😡😡😡😡 Then told by shuttle driver we could have ubered or taken a taxi since they don't lock the gates! The reservation and airport drop off went fine.

Have used this self-parking garage a few times now only because they drop customers at the airport terminal. I hope they will continue to do this. My only gripe with this facility is the pebble road parking lot.

You drop your car off with the key, they park it while you're shuttled to the airport. When you return, just call the number on the claim check and the shuttle will pick you up. When you arrive on the property, your car is waiting at the shuttle location. Really convenient

I have to say they are pretty quick in getting there once you call. . Call as soon as you get your luggage or if no luggage as soon as you step off the plane. TEXTING them is faster

I don't believe so. But i would call to make sure. Especially, if it is a bigger, or larger SUV.
