I had tires installed on my car, they did a great job. Later had a washer reservoir changed. The counter guys are nice and professional. The techs however... one who drove my car stalled it three times. Which threw two engine codes on my car. Thinking it was a different issue, I talked to (I forget his name) the counter guy and he was the one who installed the reservoir and helped me see if something came loose, went above and beyond. The only issue besides techs not knowing how to drive a standard. Was my appointment was at 2pm I got there at 145. My car didn't get touched until 345-4? Give or take. I know I left at 5. Overall I would give it more stars, I feel like some of the techs are letting them down.

I didn't even make it into the office...walking by the shop..it looked like a total mess..trash all over floor. Trash can piled so high it was overflowing.. disaster of a shop..very unprofessional looking dirty place..no way I'm letting them touch my truck.. whoever the manager is should be fired..

Made an appointment for alignment yesterday. Took a little longer than expected but did a fine job. One quirk quoted me $99 for alignment. When I got the bill they had randomly added a $10 shop fee to the bill. That is a little bit of bait and switch and does not make me feel good about they games played.

They got me in quick for a front end alignment and was out within an hour, now that is service!
