We where told our appointment is at 11:40am but if we where not here by 11:30 we would not be seen? We arrive at 11:15 and it is now 12:09 and we are still waiting, i am not sure how they can threaten our appointment and we are still sitting here, only the best of the best here i guess, oh and i should mention this is for a cardiac issue, so apparently we don’t matter.
