We arrived just after 10 a.m. without an appointment for our dog's euthanasia, and the parking lot was full. However when we phoned to check in they let us right in and put us in a room. Many staff persons helped us with paperwork and questions. The staff was efficient, kind and compassionate. When the veterinarian finally came in she carefully explained all our options. They were really helpful in putting us at ease in this difficult time.

An emergency trip to the vet on a weekend is never fun for anyone! They were able to get us in quickly and we're fantastic. Great communication from the moment we arrived, detailed updates throughout the process and we were home with detailed instructions for home care and possible follow up. Great service, friendly caring staff. Can't thank them enough.

I was scared of taking my cat to an urgent pet care clinic. It was a new experience for me. My cat a UTI and needed care fast. This place is great. They answer their phones and answer questions very patiently. The doctor who saw my cat and the staff I spoke with were kind. My cat is home now and seems better. I will be taking my cats here if the need arises again. Thank you all!

I saw some one star reviews here and I understand on any given day there could be different issues...and when one is stressed out about the health of a beloved pet, tempers can get frayed, but my recent experience here with an ill cat was just textbook great. The wait time was not long (though I did have to bring the cat in the next morning rather than end of previous day due to capacity), the caring and efficient staff were great and the fees were right about where I expected, even a tick less.
