Extremely rude, & 8 out of 10 times the order is missing one or more items, and when the issue is presented its a complete and udder waist of time, they rather argue then look into finding a solution to resolve such issues.

I visit often for the nachos bell grande. Also Tacos Supreme is one of my favorite things to order. The restaurant was not too busy at the time I was there. A lot of people go drive thru.

That's the best thing to do. They will send you coupons for your next 2 visits but make sure that you have your receipt or you won't get any satisfaction.

Where's the meat? Literally burrito shells with sauce on everything I ordered.

It depends entirely on the location and the franchisee. Some open at 7:00 am, some not until 10:00.
