Apparently, the woman who schedules appointments is married to one of the doctors who owns this place, otherwise she would've been fired long ago. I tried for six days to schedule a lung CT, and she's so lazy, unprofessional, incompetent and downright rude that I'm giving up and driving to somewhere further away.

This is my third time visiting IMI. My first two experiences were amazing. This third experience has been a completely unprofessional bordering on malpractice experience. My doctor sent me to have an x-ray taken. My husband went in to ask for a wheelchair to get me from the car to their waiting room. The front desk receptionist was beyond rude. They refused to give him a wheelchair making me walk into the lobby on my injured leg. The staff continued to be rude to us as we waited. I'm completely shocked at how terrible patient care has become at this office. If I could give no stars I would
