I turned the year and rent again, it really is a cozy and quiet place. The excellent amenities, the only thing missing is a park for the children, otherwise everything is super. My kids love it. Management is attentive at least when I've needed them.

This review is mainly for the people looking for an apartment. I used to live here a couple years ago. I was overall happy with the apartment, there were a few discrepancies from time to time. Now, we all know apartments and houses are renting out for more than they’re worth- so I took it upon myself to call around local apartments and see what place I could afford. And let me tell you this, Oasis at wekiva gave me the MOST EXPENSIVE rent out of everyone for the SMALLEST and most basic apartment. I’m talking no balcony, coil top ovens, etc. they are not luxury apartments. They are “good” apartments, but they are advertising themselves to be much much greater now that they’ve slapped some new paint on the outside and keyless entry locks. The 1/1 apartment is renting for an average of $150-200 more monthly than other apartments in the area, and it is approximately $650 more a month than what it was a few years ago. And it’s the same exact apartment. I looked lol! Let’s put it this way, you must make 3x the rent monthly to be approved for the apartments, if you’re a single person trying to rent the 1/1, you must make Atleast 5,200$ monthly to afford it. What a shame.
