I took my kids here to get labs exams. The staff were nice to my two toddlers. Their was one holding them hand and the other one taking blood. I like how they both were patient and kind with them. Make the drive to North Lakeland instead!!! Pretty terrible experience here. Walked in at 6:30am and the next available walk in was at 10:45am. No problem, so I scheduled a pre-employment drug screening test that same day for 2:10pm. As I was walking into my appointment, an employee told me their system shuts down at 1:50pm, and I’ll have to come back tomorrow. That’s impossible for me as I’m leaving town and won’t be back for a while. When I questioned why their system would allow me to schedule at 2:10pm for a test that shuts down at 1:50pm, they just blamed me and told me I signed up for the wrong test. Even after showing I signed up for the correct test, two ladies gave me a really hard time and wouldn’t believe me. After getting frustrated and telling them that this is seriously messing up my ability to transition jobs, they met me with 0 sympathy or willingness to work with me and just said “Yeah, sorry we will call corporate about it but we can’t help you. You must’ve done something wrong.” Now I have to scramble and problem solve to make sure I can start my job on time and not miss pay. Thanks a lot quest!
