I needed a new battery. An online search showed that autozone had a better deal than any other local auto stores had. They changed the battery for me right there on the spot. Saved me all the trouble of doing it when I got home. I then had them check my alternator. 5 minutes later and everything's good to go. Thank you for saving me so much time.

I walked into the store to get oil a girl help me to get the kind I needed she was great I cashed out went to my car to put oil in my car but i couldn’t get my oil cap off so I went back into the store to see if someone can help me and give that person a tip I seen a black guy I asked him if he could help me he looked out side looked at me and looked back out side again looked at me again and rolled his eyes like he didn’t want to help me then he walked outside to help me then he took the cap off I told him thank you and I didn’t hear him say anything you’re welcome or nothing he went back into the store he was Rude

Didn’t even have the part I needed. Also couldn’t even be ordered. I went to advanced auto across the street and they had the part.. I’m very confused how they’re both auto part stores and this one didn’t have the part?
