Went to location on Sunday morning at 9am and this place was rocking all the bays were full and everyone was working. All I had was a tire that needed to be plugged. You would have thought I was buying a set of tires and a brake job by the way I was greeted and taken care of by Josh. I will be needing a set of tires in the next month or two and I will be buying them from Pep Boys Lakeland Highlands because of the way I was treated by Josh.

called just to see if they had a pair of brake pads in stock didn't even give me a chance to say hello and put me on hold I been waiting now on hold for 20 minutes

Do not take your vehicle to the shop on south Florida ave. Twice they caused damage rather than fixed the problem. I have taken my vehicles there for years, but they have had a large turnover and within the past 6 months on two occasions I have had to take my vehicle to the dealership to have it repaired properly and to fix the damage their technician caused.
