Concierge Medicine practices do not accept or bill Medicare or Insurance companies. Even though I am opted out of Medicare, I still am able to order tests, refer to specialists or certify for Home Health Care. Our revenues are obtained directly from our patients. You would use your insurance from lab or other tests, other doctor visits, hospitalizations, etc.
