Life for people that arrive to this impound yard has taken a toll one way or another for the worse at least for that moment having the most valuable item removed from them. With this in mind please realize that by the time you arrive at this place you will not receive any time of care or understanding. Damages or missing personal items will go unaccounted for and good luck attempting to discuss any fees or special arrangements with anyone there. Document and photograph any items any damages as proof for she said he said won’t cut it here. From the drivers not handling vehicles with care to unspoken complaints .Best of luck if you ended up here for some reason let it be your last time and trust me you’ll see why. Summary; Worse customer service, worse handling of vehicles impounded and property in it. Watch yourself and posted signs so you won’t end up here. Good luck and remember all OPG’s are govern and monitor by the POLICE COMMISSIONER OFFICE don’t be afraid to file file your complaints with them instead. Employees there are something else and items go missing for some reason or another with no explanations. God bless.

It's all my fault for parking in area that got me towed, with that said, when I went to bail my car out of car jail, the receptionist, I think her name was Maria or Marie, was very helpful in helping me get my paperwork together and telling me what I needed to get my car back. Usually, places like this the employees can be jerks, but she was helpful, patient, and informative. Impound lots could really use a lot of people like her. She is a valuable asset, and I hope she's fairing well here. It's been a few months, but who doesn't like a good review once in a while, right? I can't say I would recommend getting your car impounded, but if you do, I hope the person helping you is Maria? Marie?? or someone like her.
